Windsor Green Blvd, Goodlettsville TN Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support daily operations at our apartment communities. This role is vital in maintaining the property's physical integrity and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry. Complete apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks. Ensure grounds, common areas, and amenities are clean and functional. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
EPA Certification or HVAC experience is required. Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family/apartment settings.
Working knowledge of building systems:
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions. Strong communication and time management skills. Must pass background and drug screening. Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance. Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
