2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Job Opportunity:

2nd Shift Maintenance Technician We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will ensure our facility and production machinery operate at peak performance through proactive troubleshooting and repair.

Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Shift Availability:

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Role & Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance:

Perform scheduled PMs on all equipment to maximize production and minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Repairs:

Execute hands-on repairs and replacements on faulty machinery.

Safety:

Strictly follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.

Documentation:

Clear logging of all maintenance and repair activities.

Communication:

Must read, write, and speak English fluently to collaborate with teams and follow directions.

Efficiency:

Ability to stay productively busy and manage tasks without direct supervision.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma/GED required; Technical degree/certification preferred.

Skills:

mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Tool Usage:

Expert proficiency with power tools and industrial equipment. Attention to
