Job Description

Fence Installer - $15-17/hr Starting Wage | Weekly Pay | Growth Opportunities We're a growing fence installation company seeking a motivated individual to work with our team as a 1099 subcontractor. No experience? No problem - we'll teach you how to build! If you're hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn a trade without the cost of trade school, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door.
Position:
Fence Installer (1099 Contractor)
Starting Pay:
$15-$17/hr DOE (Paid Weekly via Cash App, Venmo, or Check)
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, typically 7AM-5PM (Hours may vary by season/weather/customer expectations). Some jobs will require weekend work to meet deadlines.
Location:
Work sites vary, but typically reside in the East TN, Tri-Cities area.
Perks and Growth:
Learn an in-demand trade while getting paid! Pay increases after 60 days, 90 days, AND 1 year working with us. Pay increases are always $1/hr minimum! No tools required - we provide everything. Paid weekly - start earning right away!
Responsibilities:
Building aluminum, chain link, wood, and vinyl fences Carrying and moving materials up to 80 pounds Digging holes for posts and packing with dry or wet concrete Working outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat) Cleaning up job sites and returning tools to the truck/trailer Being respectful towards customers and their property
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Must live in the general Tri-Cities area (Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol) Must meet deadlines for job completion and arrive at job sites in a timely manner Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and have the physical stamina to make it through the day moving, digging, carrying, walking, etc. Must be respectful, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn the trade No tools or experience required (though experience is a bonus and may result in a higher wage)
