EXPERIENCED

Handyman Technician to join our growing team. This is NOT an entry-level handyman position. We are specifically looking for a skilled technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on residential handyman, remodeling, drywall, and framing experience. Applicants MUST be confident working independently inside occupied homes and capable of completing projects with professionalism, quality workmanship, and minimal supervision. We are building a premium handyman and home improvement brand in Knoxville and are looking for team members who take pride in craftsmanship, communication, reliability, and customer experience. Top technicians have the opportunity to earn $80,000-$100,000+ annually through hourly pay and performance bonuses. Required Experience & Skills Applicants MUST have strong experience in:

• Drywall installation and drywall finishing
• Framing and structural carpentry
• Cabinet installation and adjustment
• Interior trim and finish carpentry
• Door installation and repairs
• General residential handyman work Additional experience preferred:
• Painting
• Flooring
• Deck repairs
• Minor plumbing
• Minor electrical
• Exterior repairs This position requires someone who can:
• Diagnose problems
• Work efficiently without constant oversight
• Produce clean, professional-quality work
• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Perform residential handyman and home improvement work
• Complete drywall repairs, installation, and finishing
• Perform framing and carpentry tasks
• Install cabinets, trim, doors, and fixtures
• Handle punch-list and repair items efficiently
• Communicate with homeowners professionally onsite
• Take job progress photos and document completed work
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Represent Pinky's Handyman Service with professionalism and integrity Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of residential handyman/remodeling experience

• Strong drywall and framing skills
