Job Description

What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime. Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions. Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications as needed. Install, maintain, and improve manufacturing equipment and plant infrastructure. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Production to maximize equipment reliability and plant efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance records using company documentation procedures. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and preventive maintenance programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical training or maintenance certification preferred. Previous industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting experience. Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Welding and fabrication experience required. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals is preferred. Forklift, scissor lift, or aerial lift experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying plant environments. Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Compensation Competitive Pay $20.00•30.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Quarterly Bonus Program Performance•and profit-based bonus opportunities.
