Mountaineer CleaningMaintenance is looking for a reliable, hardworking MaintenancePool Technician to help maintain vacation rental cabins and pools throughout the Great Smoky Mountains area. This position combines hands-on property maintenance with pool and hot tub care. One minute you might be troubleshooting a Wi-Fi issue, and the next you're making sure a pool is crystal clear and guest-ready. What You'll Be Doing Perform routine pool and hot tub cleaning, maintenance, and chemical balancing Skim, vacuum, brush, and maintain pools to ensure they remain clean and guest-ready Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment and report or complete minor repairs Handle general maintenance tasks across vacation rental cabins Troubleshoot issues involving appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, Wi-Fi, and basic electrical components Perform property inspections and identify maintenance concerns before guests do Coordinate with third-party vendors when needed Use company-provided technology to manage work orders and updates Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while working around guests, owners, and team members What We're Looking For Maintenance experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with strong mechanical ability and work ethic Pool maintenance experience is

MANDATORY
