Most assignments are short-duration work orders lasting approximately 1-2 hours per project. This position is ideal for independent handymen, maintenance technicians, contractors, or skilled tradespeople looking for flexible, project-based work with consistent opportunities. Responsibilities Complete small residential maintenance and repair tasks Communicate professionally with tenants and office staff Coordinate and confirm scheduling availability Perform work orders within approved timelines Take before and after photos/documentation when required Maintain quality workmanship and professionalism on-site Report completed work promptly Handle property maintenance tasks independently and efficiently Typical Work Includes Minor repairs Basic plumbing fixes Drywall patching and touch-ups Lock changes and property securing Fixture replacements Minor electrical work General punch-list items Lawn and exterior maintenance tasks General handyman services Scheduling Our office team will coordinate with tenants and assist with scheduling. Technicians will have flexibility in selecting available appointment windows that best fit their schedule while ensuring timely completion of work orders. Compensation Details Hourly pay ranging from $18-$22 depending on experience and scope of work Travel pay available for jobs outside the standard service area Material costs covered either through: Direct company purchase, or Reimbursement upon approval and submission of receipts Payment Terms First completed work order can be paid within 24 hours Ongoing payments are issued weekly Preferred Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or repair experience preferred Basic tools and reliable transportation required Ability to communicate professionally with tenants and office staff Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently Why Join Us?
