Maintenance Technician II :

3 years+ as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor 1-2 years supervisory experience EPA Universal certification required HVAC Certified (Requirement) Prior experience in multi-family housing Refrigeration certification and basic business finance knowledge is preferred Irrigation knowledge Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
