Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring that buildings, grounds, and equipment remain safe, clean, functional, and in good working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, property, and facilities Conduct general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting Perform basic landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, weed control, and debris removal Inspect buildings and systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks High school diploma or GED required Must have a valid
TX Driver's License Pay:
$19.00 per hour
