About the Role We are looking for a skilled, dependable Handyman to join our team full-time in the Austin area. You will be performing a wide range of interior and exterior repairs and maintenance across commercial properties. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail will directly impact our customers and our reputation. What We're Looking For Interior and exterior repairs and maintenance on commercial properties Carpentry, framing, trim, doors, and cabinetry Drywall installation, patching, and finishing Interior and Exterior Painting General property maintenance and punch-list repairs Accurately assess job sites and report findings, estimation Communicate professionally with clients on-site handyman or general contracting work (commercial) Drywall, and painting Must own and bring your own tools to every job Must have a reliable personal truck or work vehicle Strong communication skills, field-to-office reporting is critical in our workflow Self-motivated with a high standard of quality and accountability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle Health insurance Paid holidays PTO / paid time off
