We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team, specializing in maintenance and repair services for retail and restaurant locations in the San Antonio and surrounding areas. This role involves a variety of tasks, from minor repairs to larger maintenance projects. Candidates should have experience in general repairs, light plumbing, and electrical work, along with strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs at retail and restaurant locations.
• Handle light plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Conduct light electrical work, including replacing outlets, switches, and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Caulking and sealing to prevent leaks and maintain aesthetics.
• Replace ceiling tiles and grid systems as needed.
• Repair drywall, including patching, sanding, and painting.
• Perform interior and exterior painting as required.
• Install, repair, and replace tiles in floors and walls.
• Complete both small handyman tasks and larger maintenance projects as assigned.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and clients to provide updates on job progress.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, tile installation, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and job tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of email and phone communications, including various applications.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts, with occasional day work.
• Reliable transportation to job sites (company van provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and climbing.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs., work on ladders, and handle physical labor.
• Ability to effectively travel to various client locations.
