We are a small but growing pool service company that serves the greater Austin Area. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, has integrity and takes pride in a job well done. Experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person if you're perfect for the job! We provide a vehicle and all the tools needed to manage your route efficiently. Job Duties Test water and add chemicals to swimming pools Empty skimmer and pump baskets Remove debris from the pool and vacuum each service . Brush steps, walls and tiles Check pool equipment Backwash filters Accurately record work performed Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Dependability and trustworthiness Attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems Ability to work independently, maintain a schedule and workload Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds Stand for extended periods of time Ability to work outdoors during all seasons Compensation - This position is paid per pool on a weekly basis.
