Join the team at Willow Springs Recovery and help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. Your work plays an important role in supporting both staff and clients in a positive healthcare environment.

Supportive and team-oriented culture Meaningful work that makes a difference Opportunities for growth and development Beautiful and welcoming campus Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues Respond promptly to maintenance and emergency requests Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities Collaborate with staff to minimize disruptions to daily operations Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in maintenance or a similar role Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or blueprints Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Certification in HVAC, electrical, or facilities maintenance Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) First Aid and CPR certification Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
