Part-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance/Handyman to ensure our hotel remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and create PM reports Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas Repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment Maintain grounds, parking areas, and exterior spaces Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations Keep maintenance logs and report major issues
Requirements:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Ability to adapt, learn, and overcome challanges Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
