One morning you might be installing a custom automated gate at a commercial property; by afternoon you're troubleshooting a residential garage door that's off its tracks. You'll be out in the field, working hands-on, solving real problems, and interacting with customers throughout your day. You'll use ServiceTitan to manage your daily job schedule, document your work, and keep everything running smoothly on the backend. You'll pull up to jobs in a company vehicle with your uniform on, representing a brand that customers trust — and you'll leave every job site clean and every customer satisfied. Training is provided for everything. We'll teach you what you need to know; we just need you to be ready to learn. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service garage doors, gate systems, and related components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues in the field
• Interact professionally with customers throughout each service call
• Document jobs accurately using ServiceTitan field management software
• Maintain your company vehicle and equipment to company standards
• Take pre- and post-job photos to document all work
• Pick up parts and materials as needed to complete daily jobs
• Participate in Saturday emergency on-call rotation (approximately once per month)
• Perform all duties required of a field technician — full training provided

• Clean driving record — a company vehicle is provided and required for this role (no tickets within the last 3 years).

• Ability to work independently in the field and manage your daily schedule Preferred (but not required):
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or field service work
