- Assist with routine maintenance and inspections of plant equipment and systems
- Help troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs
- Safely use hand tools and power tools such as drills, grinders, saws, and other maintenance equipment
- Assist with equipment installations and general facility maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests and equipment issues as needed
- Learn to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and parts usage
- Work with other team members to support production and minimize equipment downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in training and cross-training opportunities
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience or interest in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, automotive, construction, or similar hands-on work
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Willing to learn and take direction from experienced team members
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Good attention to detail
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to communicate and work well as part of a team
- Previous industrial or maintenance experience is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and work in different positions for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when required Pay and Opportunity
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
