The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property maintenance and be able to complete a variety of repair and maintenance tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service to residents. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant residential units. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues. Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, flooring repairs, and general make-ready work. Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of common areas and grounds. Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Keep accurate records of completed maintenance work and materials used. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience . Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs independently. Experience with apartment make-readies preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have a vehicle.
Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Friday On-call on weekends for emergency maintenance. Join us as a Maintenance Technician and become a key player in maintaining our excellence residential customer service! Pay:
