Full-time Full-time Overview Position Summary:
This is a dual-focus position. Your primary mission is the absolute perfection of our two resort pools and our numerous hot tubs spread throughout the property. When the water is crystal clear and the chemistry is balanced, you will transition into a key member of our Maintenance Team, assisting with the upkeep and repair of the ranch's facilities.
Work Environment:
This role is based onsite at a working ranch resort and requires extensive outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The position involves physical labor, operation of agricultural equipment, and active collaboration with multiple departments to support both operational and guest experience goals.

Specific Skills Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in pool maintenance (Commercial/Resort experience preferred). General knowledge of facility maintenance (Handyman skills). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (Resorts never close!). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
Responsible For Key Responsibilities:
Pool & Spa Management:
Perform daily water chemistry testing and balancing for 2 pools and multiple hot tubs.
Execute all cleaning duties:
skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and tile cleaning. Maintain pump rooms, filters, and heaters; troubleshoot equipment issues immediately. Ensure all pool decks and furniture are organized and "resort-ready" every morning. Maintain meticulous logs of chemical levels and maintenance performed.
General Maintenance Support:
Collaborate with the Maintenance Lead on repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Assist with groundskeeping, lighting updates, and "ranch-ready" prep for arriving guests. Help identify and fix preventative maintenance issues before they become problems. Be the "utility player" on the team—helping where needed to keep the resort in top shape.
