Goose Automotive is looking for a dependable General Service Technician to join our team. This position focuses primarily on oil changes, routine maintenance, vehicle inspections, and basic automotive services. We're not looking for a master technician. We're looking for someone who knows their way around a vehicle, takes pride in their work, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow. What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes Rotate and inspect tires Perform basic maintenance services Replace batteries, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other maintenance items Check and top off vehicle fluids Complete digital vehicle inspections Identify visible maintenance and safety concerns Assist technicians with basic repairs when needed Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Help keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently What We're Looking For You don't need 5+ years of experience or a long list of certifications. We'd rather find someone who is: Dependable and shows up ready to work Comfortable performing basic vehicle maintenance Able to safely lift vehicles and use common shop equipment Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things correctly Willing to learn and take direction Comfortable using a tablet/computer for vehicle inspections Able to work well with a team Interested in growing their automotive skills Previous shop, dealership, quick-lube, tire, or automotive maintenance experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider the right person with hands-on automotive experience.
