JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Maintenance Tech, you act as an ambassador of Hayden Properties to our current and future residents. You are responsible for keeping the appearance of the property in excellent condition, both inside and out. Daily responsibilities could include running work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), appliance repairs and exterior maintenance. You will be responsible for responding to after hour emergencies and completing maintenance requests in a timely manner. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our CORE values of Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Excellence to all employees and residents.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Mastery of appliance, electrical, HVAC and plumbing Ability to use power tools Excellent Communication (ability to conduct follow-up with residents and explain solutions to resident issues, etc) Organized (keep track of work orders and keys) Ability to multitask (handle and prioritize everyday work orders and emergencies) Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb ladders and stairs Bilingual a plus
