Residential Property Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role requires a strong background in heating/air conditioning systems. The Maintenance Person will work independently and as part of a team to maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Carry out residential painting duties, as needed after repair, to maintain aesthetic standards. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on HVAC and electrical systems. Strong ability to troubleshoot problems. Leadership skills with experience supervising teams or projects preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
