About the role We are looking to add a Site Maintenance Crew Member to our growing Maintenance Department. As a Site Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained and operational. They will be required to perform a range of tasks to keep the facilities in good working condition and provide a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. This on-site position will directly support our maintenance operations at our Corsicana, TX facility . This shift is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. What you'll be doing Perform regular maintenance on equipment and systems within the facility Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address maintenance or repair needs Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks as needed Assist with larger maintenance projects, including renovations, upgrades, and installations Maintain a clean and organized environment, including storage and maintenance areas Comply with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities General knowledge of utility task vehicles (UTVs) and small engine equipment, including safe operation and basic upkeep (lawn mowers, string trimmers, generators) What you'll have Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment. Good communication and multitasking skills. High School Diploma or GED. Prior facilities or relevant operation experience is preferred. Technical or mechanical certifications are preferred but not required and may include automotive, HVAC, AC, ATV, industrial maintenance, or related certifications. Physical requirements and work environment Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (50 pounds ) Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.) Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures
