Job DescriptionJOB DETAILSMaintenance Technician II is an Electro-Mechanical position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, supporting manufacturing operations, adjusting and repairing equipment as needed, tracking usage of and ordering replacement partsDiagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipmentPerform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustmentsRepair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating conditionPerform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance Tasks following instructionsIntermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistanceIntermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance

- Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etcTroubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issuesQualificationsMinimum 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality.
