Job Description

Growing window and door installation company looking for reliable helpers for residential jobs across the DFW area. We are looking for hard workers who want steady income and are ready to start immediately. Room to grow into higher pay for people who show up, learn fast, and stay consistent.
Job Duties:
Assist with window and exterior door installations Load/unload materials and help on job sites Remove old windows/doors (tear-out work) Basic hand tool use Jobsite cleanup and general labor support Follow instructions from lead installer
Requirements:
Must show up on time and be dependable Reliable transportation required Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically all day Must have own tools Willing to work outdoors in all weather No experience required Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
Pay:
$150-$250 per day Paid weekly Steady work available for consistent workers
