Job Description:
Maverick Townhomes is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and apartment make-ready services.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) Complete apartment make-ready tasks in a timely manner Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain property appearance and safety standards Participate in on-call for weekend emergencies
Requirements:
Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Knowledge of apartment make-ready processes Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to Abilene for pool certification classes Must be able to pass a background check Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Schedule:
Monday through Friday On-call for weekend emergencies as needed
Benefits:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
