We're Hiring! A well-established multifamily property is looking for a skilled Maintenance Make Ready Technician with pool maintenance experience and preferably a background in multifamily apartment maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position .

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license At least 1 year of maintenance experience MUST pass a drug screening Able to lift 20+ pounds Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Multifamily/apartment maintenance experience General trade skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Repairing plumbing and electrical issues Drywall patching and interior painting General appliance and property maintenance Maintaining curb appeal and exterior cleanliness Pool upkeep and chemical balancing (CPO certification a plus) Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
