The role ensures water quality, safety, and system functionality while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing walls, vacuuming, and emptying baskets. Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, stabilizer, etc.). Add chemicals as needed to maintain safe and clear water. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems. Perform equipment repairs and replacements (cartridges, seals, O-rings, motors, plumbing). Diagnose and troubleshoot water circulation and filtration issues. Maintain accurate service records for each visit. Communicate issues, recommendations, and service updates to customers. Drive and maintain company service vehicles and tools.
