Our routes, customers, and systems are in place. We're hiring the person who's going to run the operation well.
Compensation:
$70,000-$85,000 base, depending on experience Quarterly performance bonus, up to $10,000/year Company truck and gas card Health insurance contribution Paid time off Thanksgiving and Christmas paid The role: You'd be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our maintenance department — roughly 27 technicians running residential and commercial routes across the metroplex. Core responsibilities include morning dispatch and tech accountability, route optimization, performance management of the bench, customer escalations, equipment and inventory oversight, and weekend coverage during peak season. You'll work closely with our Head of Repair on jobs that require coordination across departments. You'll report directly to the owner. Who we're looking for: We want someone with real experience managing a route-based field crew — pool, HVAC, pest control, landscaping, or similar. Three or more years in a supervisory or management role is the baseline. Pool industry experience is a meaningful plus but not required; what matters more is that you've built and led a field team, made performance calls, and run a multi-tech operation. We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership of outcomes rather than reporting problems upward Communicates clearly with both techs and customers Can make and follow through on performance decisions Is comfortable being in the field, not behind a desk Has the organizational discipline to manage many moving parts at once Is bilingual English/Spanish, or close to it (most of our crew is Spanish-speaking) What we offer beyond comp: A real operating environment. There's room to grow with the company as it grows.Schedule expectations:
Peak season (April through September) is the busy stretch — expect occasional Saturday coverage, especially around holidays when residential demand is highest. The off-season is significantly lighter. The pool industry has a natural rhythm, and December through February gives real recovery time.To apply:
