Pay Rate:

$20.00- $22.00 Hourly (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to Finish Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background in automotive, HVAC, industrial, or general mechanical maintenance. This position is not facilities maintenance . Tools and training will be provided. Overtime and weekend work are required. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on sheet metal production equipment and related machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Assist with equipment setup, testing, and adjustments to ensure efficient operation Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks Qualifications Hands-on experience in automotive, HVAC, industrial, or mechanical maintenance Ability to work overtime and weekends (non-negotiable) Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Additional Information Tools and training provided Flexible schedule with mandatory overtime as needed
