Floresville, Sandy Oaks, Cuero, El Campo, Lockhart, Corsicana, Pelican Bay, Wharton & Hillsboro Area 🕒 Full-Time | Field-Based | Flexible Schedule 💰 $41,600-$45,000 Base + Commission (Up to $80K OTE) We are recruiting for a growing provider expanding across rural Texas communities. This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on direct outreach and community engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in smaller towns, building local relationships, and earning performance-based income. What You'll Do Canvass neighborhoods and promote internet services Work warm leads and generate new customers Support new installations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback Meet a minimum of 25 new customer connections per month (30-day ramp-up provided) You can work from home when not out in the field. Compensation & Benefits $41,600 base salary Up to $45,000 base for candidates with 4+ years of experience Up to $3,125 monthly commission On-Target Earnings up to $80,000 per year $400 monthly vehicle allowance Biweekly salary + monthly commissions Full benefits starting the 1st of the month after hire Company laptop (dual screens provided) Clear path to a developing Sales Leadership Program What We're Looking For Lives in or near Hillsboro County or one of the listed Texas locations Comfortable with field-based sales and outdoor work Strong communication and customer service skills Tech-savvy (comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems) Self-motivated and goal-driven Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Requirements High school diploma or GED (college preferred) Clean driving record (7-year review) Must pass background check and drug screening Bilingual is a plus
