General responsibilities include a thorough and complete knowledge of performing apartment maintenance repairs. Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Appliances Gutter and down spouts Stair/railings Pools Window replacement Lock replacement Floor tile Light Fixtures Ceiling fans Exterior building inspections and related paper work Proper use of hand tools and minor test equipment, sewer and sink machines, shampoo machine Must own personal hand tools.
