We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must be safety conscious, highly motivated and eager to learn as we provide extensive internal training.
Job Location:
Hungerford, TX Responsibilities Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Working understanding of VFD configuration and control Knowledge of Automation PLC, HMI
with WinCC and Siemens S7. Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detects faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Troubleshoot and repair process instrumentation; primarily Endress+Hauser and Foxboro - pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow meters, and level transmitters. Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment such as motors, motor control circuits, lighting circuits, power distribution systems, PLC and AC/DC drives, and VFD drives Maintains and repairs facility equipment including, but not limited to, air condition units, restrooms, lighting/electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Understand and accurately update electrical schematics to document system changes Prepares written reports for management to answer and report findings and pending decision and/or changes as needed. Maintains company required performance and maintenance records for production equipment. Maintains production areas, maintenance shop, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Qualifications High school diploma and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience. Associate's Degree in a related technical field such as mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance is preferred. 3+ years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years electrical experience with PLC, relay logic, and A/C, D/C
drives Mechanical, machine repair, electrical, and carpentry skills Able to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints/schematics, diagrams, and technical procedures. Must be a self -starter and highly organized and detail-oriented. Solid decision making skills in accordance to best maintenance practices. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
