Job Description
Water Softener Installer Helper (On-Call) - $250 Per Job + $500 Weekly Guarantee We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Water Softener Installer Helper to assist with residential water treatment system installations throughout Central Texas. Pay $250 per completed installation Guaranteed minimum of $500 per week Opportunity to earn more during busy weeks with multiple installs Schedule Installations typically occur Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM If multiple installations are scheduled in one day, work hours may extend later This is an on-call position requiring flexibility and availability Important Availability Requirements You must be available and on standby for scheduled jobs We sometimes do not receive confirmation of installations until as late as 9:00 PM the night before Candidates must be comfortable with short-notice scheduling and be ready to work when jobs come in Work Area Most installations take place in: Bell County Williamson County Hays County Coryell County Requirements Reliable transportation is required Ability to lift and move equipment Comfortable working outdoors and in residential settings Punctual, dependable, and professional Plumbing, construction, or handyman experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Do Assist lead installer with water softener installations Dig Trenches Load and unload equipment Help with setup, cleanup, and job site organization Communicate professionally with homeowners If you're reliable, flexible, and looking for a well-paying opportunity with consistent work, we'd like to hear from you.
