Role:

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a motivated and dependable Maintenance & Repair Technician to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and production support. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within automation and industrial maintenance. The selected candidate will assist the maintenance team with preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs while helping keep production running efficiently.

Maintenance & Repair Technician Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of automation equipment, conveyors, sensors, guarding, and surrounding work areas Complete routine preventive maintenance tasks including lubrication, inspections, filter changes, and tightening components Assist with minor repairs and first-level troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues Identify and clear jams, misalignments, loose connections, and sensor blockages when possible Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards Support production flow by responding quickly to downtime events and communicating issues effectively Record preventive maintenance activities, downtime notes, and repair actions in logs or CMMS systems Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements

Maintenance & Repair Technician Qualifications:

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Basic understanding of sensors, wiring, and simple automation systems Ability to recognize worn parts, leaks, or equipment issues Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or maintenance experience preferred Technical school or maintenance coursework is a plus, but not required Must pass employment screenings Why Work with Us?
