You'll keep materials where they need to be, help maintain properties and company assets, and handle essential tasks that keep our agents and operations running smoothly. Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

What you'll do: Install and remove property signage and conduct routine property checks. Manage key control and vehicle/asset upkeep Deliver and pick up keys, lockboxes, signs, documents, supplies, and company materials. Provide operational support to the PM team and log inventory Minor property maintenance Success at 6 months: Reliable task completion, accurate inventory logs, high on-time delivery rate Tools you'll use: Mobile property apps, basic MS Office/Google Suite, Company vehicle provided for tasks

Qualifications:

What you'll bring (must-haves): Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record. Comfortable lifting approximately 15 lbs. Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
