Responsibilities:
What you'll do: Install/remove signage, conduct weekly property checks, and light inspections Manage key control and vehicle/asset upkeep Deliver/pick-up documents, assist with lease renewals, and greet prospects Provide operational support to the PM team and log inventory Minor property maintenance Success at 6 months: Reliable task completion, accurate inventory logs, high on-time delivery rate Tools you'll use: Mobile property apps, basic MS Office/Google Suite, Company vehicle provided for tasks
Qualifications:
What you'll bring (must-haves): Valid TX driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift ~15 lbs and operate a vehicle for the full shift Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
