• Performs routine maintenance on building and ground systems./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Cleans and assist with the upkeep of the facilities./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair and make or ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Troubleshoots issues and determine necessary repairs in conjunction with Community Manager and Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance with approval from Community Manager/Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Maintain the ground of assigned property by performing essential landscaping duties such as cutting grass and snow removal./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Ensure common and public areas, such as sidewalks, are always clear of trash and foliage./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Keeping all storm drains clear of foliage and debris./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Ready property for various weather conditions, such as salting sidewalks and common areas./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
