TX JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of repairs and routine maintenance on industrial equipment ranging from PLC controlled hydraulic presses, CNC lathes and mills to all supporting equipment including robots and conveyors that is used in the production and certification of high-pressure seamless gas and low-pressure acetylene cylinders. This is a 2nd/3rd shift position.
SPECIFIC
DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Electrical (480V 3phase), PLC and robotic troubleshooting and repairs. Repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment such as electric motors, hydraulic pumps, valves, and conveyors. Performing preventative maintenance and routine service on all machines and equipment. Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Performs assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures. Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions. Complies with the work rules and standards set forth in the Employee Handbook. Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites. Displays appropriate work ethics in the workplace and group settings, which provides a positive work environment with co-workers. Refers to work order or procedural instructions appropriate for each job, function, or assignment before commencing work. Performs any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function, or assignment. Assures that all work assigned to position is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements.

The noise level in the work environment is high, and ear protection is required. Qualifications 1. Minimum 2 years of experience working with PLC/Electrical Controls, Robotics, and Electrical. 2. Technical Certification in PLC/Electrical Controls, Robotics, and Electrical -preferred. 3. Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics 4. SMAW, GMAW and GTAW abilities a plus 5. Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus. 6. Must have own tools 7. High School Diploma Language Skills Ability to read and understand technical manuals and documents related to the machine and/or work instructions.
