Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling trailers, delivering pool equipment, operating skid loaders (training is available) and other equipment to facilitate various construction activities on-site. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on swimming pool construction projects, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and equipment operation skills to polish off the construction of our beautiful swimming pools. Duties Pull trailers to deliver swimming pool equipment, operate skid loader with precision (training available), ensuring safe handling and optimal performance during grading, loading, and material transport tasks Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to execute plans efficiently while adhering to project timelines Load and unload materials using appropriate machinery while ensuring proper placement and safety standards Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, and project progress reports Qualifications Experience operating skid steer is a plus, (training available) in a construction environment with a understanding of equipment operation principles Mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery and troubleshooting minor issues effectively Valid driver's license, (CDL) is a plus Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and regulations Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Join us in building something great! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
