The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of Frames, Doors and Hardware, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers to achieve project goals. This role requires hands-on expertise in various construction techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Responsibilities Oversee and manage installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications. Perform various installation tasks including door hardware installation, door work, access control, and frame work. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete installations. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure it meets company standards. Coordinate with other tradespeople as necessary to facilitate smooth project execution. Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Strong knowledge of construction techniques, more so in the Door industry. Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to construction projects. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and subcontractors. Experience in construction management is a plus but not required.
