Maintenance Team:

JOB DUTIES

Responding to resident work orders Cleaning and renovation of vacant apartments for new move-ins Light plumbing Painting and drywall repair Light electrical work Light carpentry and flooring repair Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have own tools Must have a reliable form of transportation Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance Strong communication and teamwork skills Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test HVAC Certified (preferred but not required) Flexible Availability Needed You will be required to be on call at all times

COMPENSATION

Base hourly rate between $22
