The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, demonstrating proficiency with both hand and power tools. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly for our clients. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various pool equipment issues. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces. Conduct inspections of pool equipment to identify any necessary repairs or replacements. Repair and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool. Qualifications Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment repair. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. Your own vehicle is required to travel between job sites, a pickup preferred.
