Job Description

We are seeking an honest, reliable, and hardworking Pool Service Technician who takes pride in providing excellent service. Integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential for this position. No pool service experience is required. This role can be taught, and paid training is provided. Previous pool maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, or repair experience may give candidates a competitive advantage. Responsibilities Manage and complete a weekly pool cleaning route efficiently and on schedule. Skim debris, brush pool surfaces, vacuum pools, and maintain surrounding pool areas. Test, treat, and balance pool water using appropriate chemicals. Monitor water levels, chemical balances, and filtration systems to meet health and safety standards. Safely handle and store water-treatment chemicals. Inspect pool equipment for leaks, damage, and performance issues. Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing systems, and other pool equipment. Troubleshoot equipment problems using hand and power tools while minimizing downtime. Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical usage, repairs, maintenance activities, and safety inspections. Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service. Report significant equipment or safety concerns promptly. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. Honest, dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Strong integrity and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment repair. Ability to follow safety procedures and handle chemicals responsibly. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, brushing, vacuuming, and carrying equipment. Basic mechanical ability and familiarity with hand or power tools are helpful but not required. Pay:
