MAINTENANCE / HOUSEKEEPING WORKER - NIGHT SHIFT

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance / Housekeeping Worker for the Night Shift to assist with the general upkeep, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing cleaning duties, handling minor repairs, and supporting the Housekeeping Department during overnight operations. The successful candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good manual skills, physical endurance, and the ability to work independently while following safety and operational standards. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, and maintaining assigned areas. Provide support to the Housekeeping Department during the night shift. Complete basic repairs, such as fixing locks, patching small wall openings, and other minor maintenance issues. Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and other basic components. Monitor the property during overnight hours and report maintenance or facility-related issues to the appropriate manager. Help maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment throughout the property. Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Physical ability to perform cleaning, maintenance, lifting, standing, and other job-related tasks.
