Maintenance Technician
II & III
Position Summary The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for advanced equipment diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and installation of new equipment and utilities. This role supports the manufacturing of consumer and industrial pressure washers, hot water pressure washers, trailers, generators, and water pumps.

Schedule:
Monday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay Rate:
$18 to $22/hour Key Responsibilities Maintain equipment uptime for manufacturing and facility operations Diagnose and repair: Pneumatic and hydraulic systems (seals, hoses, cylinders, valves, pumps) Mechanical components (motors, drive chains, sprockets, pulleys, conveyors, bearings) Electrical systems (simple circuits, 3-phase power, motor controls, AC/DC drives, PLCs, servo systems) Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, and control circuits Use digital multi-meters to identify electrical faults Run conduit, install/disconnect junction and fuse boxes, and replace breakers Operate shop equipment (saws, drill press, grinder, hydraulic press, band saw, welder, torch, hand tools) Partner with Engineering on line, tooling, fixturing, and ergonomic improvements Train and support junior maintenance team members Assist with maintenance projects and cross-functional operational needs Qualifications Associate degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering Technology preferred (or high school diploma with relevant experience) 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical systems (120V, 240V, 480V) Solid PLC troubleshooting knowledge (programming experience a plus) Welding and metal fabrication experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong commitment to workplace safety Preferred Qualifications Electrical Apprentice or Journeyman license Lead or supervisory experience Robotic systems experience Forklift experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Midway Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/AD&D benefit options to all eligible employees.
