Job Description

Homespring is growing and has two immediate openings for Maintenance Technicians in the Midland, Texas area! Job Duties:

Responsible for maintenance of the apartment community to include all the day to day operations by performing the following duties: Communicates with Community Director daily on pending work assignments and upkeep of appearance of apartment community Reviews the make-ready board daily, updates the status, and schedules daily assignments with maintenance staff Walks all made ready, vacant, and move-out units to ensure maintenance needs are addressed Complete a monthly exterior inspection with Community Director and address repairs to gate, asphalt patch repair, sign repair, gutter repair, pool, etc. Maintains inventory of onsite shop parts and materials Identify and prepare maps for all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, and sewer cleanouts Completes ongoing industry training and ensures safety standards are being met throughout the property by maintaining including MSDS sheets, OSHA 300 incident reporting, and all other safety programs

Minimum Requirements:

1+ year make ready/maintenance technician experience Team player with positive attitude Goal oriented and solution focused High School or GED required Bilingual skills are a plus! $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
