Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner/Technician and become a vital part of ensuring sparkling, safe, and well-maintained pools for our valued clients. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your mechanical skills, and make a tangible difference in customer satisfaction. As a Pool Cleaner/Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine pool conditions through thorough cleaning, routine inspections, and equipment repairs. Your expertise will help create enjoyable swimming experiences while supporting the upkeep of essential pool systems. Duties Perform regular pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors, and emptying skimmer baskets to maintain optimal water quality. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early. Use hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty equipment, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each client's pool. Troubleshoot mechanical problems with pool systems and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure personal safety and compliance with industry standards. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, maintenance needs, and safety procedures. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or servicing technical systems but if no experience we will train. Prior experience in pool maintenance or cleaning is highly preferred; familiarity with pool chemicals is a plus. But can be trained. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for performing repairs and maintenance tasks. Strong understanding of pool system components such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorination systems. Service technician experience or similar roles involving technical troubleshooting is desirable. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The more you do and learn the more money you make! Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple service appointments effectively.
