About us Nacogdoches Housing Authority is a small business in Nacogdoches, TX. We are professional and our goal is to Hire someone that can perform a wide range of repairs and tasks..
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Growth opportunities Our business is in need of a Maintenance Technician who enjoys working with tools and creating solutions. The successful candidate will have the ability to respond to emergency situations, troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance during scheduled hours. We're looking for a friendly individual with certification in the use of hand and power tools, as well as basic computer skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to delivering quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Be able to operate computers and the other technology utilized by the company. Read and interpret maintenance personuals. Understand safety protocols for fire and electrical safety codes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
