Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to troubleshoot complex system problems effectively. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing mechanical expertise and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in repairing mechanical systems and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in appliance repair, HVAC & appliance technology, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to read schematics accurately for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues. Experience with HVAC system repair including air conditioning units and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration). Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and support staff during repairs or installations. Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices along with construction experience is a plus. Leadership qualities to guide junior team members or assist in training new technicians when required.
