JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and follow maintenance procedures to ensure consistent equipment performance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Check electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure functionality. Support repair, maintenance, and installation activities while following all safety policies.
Job Duties:
Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment. Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Monitor equipment inventory and notify supervisor when orders are needed. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and daily activity reports. Coordinate with contractors and service providers as directed. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician. Experience in planning and performing maintenance operations. Solid understanding of pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic systems, etc. is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of facility machines and equipment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
